At Christmas time, 23 paper works from the cycle of bible overpaintings by Arnulf Rainer will be on display in the Collegiate Church in Baden-Baden. For two weeks, the subtle works from the Frieder Burda Collection will be on display in the church on the market square and will be staged on a tour with a total of seven stations. In dialogue with the architecture of the church, the Marienchor, the Christmas crib and the famous cross by Nikolaus Gerhaert von Leyden in the choir room, the overpaintings tell of Christmas, the Incarnation and completion.
